Celia Product Operation Specialist

Celia is the voice-activated virtual assistant developed by Huawei for their smartphones and devices. Celia represents Huawei’s cutting-edge AI technology, delivering intelligent assistance that understands user needs and provides personalized support across work, life, and entertainment scenarios.

 

Job Description

1. Celia content security review and emergency response: Monitor the security of text and voice conversations generated by Celia AI assistant, identify and handle violations such as political sensitivity, cultural conflict, and value deviation, and ensure that the output complies with laws and regulations of various countries and Huawei security standards. Conduct compliance review on the multilingual marketing content and publicize copywriting of Celia's products to avoid regional cultural risks.

2. Regulatory instruction response mechanism: Establish a channel for interconnection with regulatory departments, respond to compliance requirements of different regions in a timely manner, and organize cross-time zone collaboration to complete content rectification and data submission.

3. User complaint and public opinion management: Handle security complaints from users, establish a multi-language response mechanism, drive issue resolution, and form closed-loop management. Monitor the public opinion of the product and initiate emergency plans for regional hot events.

4. Risk control system configuration and adjustment: Analyze content security policy requirements and configure and maintain the risk control system as required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the content security operation of Celia products. (including content review, supervision instruction & public opinion handling, inspection, policy configuration, and emergency response).

2. Conduct content security risk analysis, identify potential cultural, political, and religious sensitive risks, collect relevant requirements and cases, and support capability and platform building.

3. Regularly output content security operation reports to provide decision-making support for product-based deployment.

4. Coordinate the collection and implementation of security policies, and evaluate the execution effect of policies in different markets.

Candidate basic requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, excellent communication skills, and able to communicate in Chinese and English.

2. Have strong emergency handling capability.

3. Experience in content security is preferred.

4. Familiar with artificial intelligence content generation technology is preferred.
