Role Description The Center Director is a full-time, on-site role based at the English 1 (Ysh. Group) center in Sukabumi. This role oversees daily operations of the center, including academic delivery, customer service, staffing, scheduling, and facility management. The Center Director leads and supports teaching and administrative teams, sets performance goals, and ensures that center activities align with English 1’s educational standards and brand values. Key responsibilities include managing student enrollment and retention, monitoring learning outcomes, maintaining safe and inclusive learning environments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Center Director also engages with parents and local communities, manages budgets and reporting, and collaborates with regional leadership to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications

- xperience in educational center management, school administration, or similar leadership roles, including responsibility for operations, staff supervision, and performance management.
- Strong people leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teaching and support staff in a diverse environment.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
- Organizational and planning capabilities, with experience in scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting to meet operational and academic targets.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating a safe, welcoming, and learner-centered environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications in education or leadership are an advantage.
- Experience in English language education or the broader education sector is preferred; familiarity with international or premium education brands is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages; strong presentation skills are an asset.
