What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Schedule radiology appointments and manage patient scheduling across multiple locations
- Obtain insurance information and manage incoming faxes
- Answer multi-line phone systems to assist patients and healthcare providers

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Background in healthcare preferred
- Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, and staff
