Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Assist CEO, COO, and CTO with planning, decision-making, and strategic projects.
Operations Management: Ensure daily operations align with company goals and manage SOPs for finance, HR, and procurement.
Financial Planning & Budgeting: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
HR & People Operations: Work closely with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring smooth policy implementation.
Project Management: Manage cross-departmental projects, drive operational improvements, and monitor outcomes.
Compliance & Legal Support: Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal documentation.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare performance reports and conduct market research to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, ideally within a high-growth or service-oriented environment.
Skills: Strong financial and project management expertise; data analysis and reporting proficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking.
