About the Role
You’ll work directly with Rawwy’s CEO and leadership team to support company priorities, solve business problems, and execute special projects.
This is Rawwy’s equivalent of a Management Trainee program. You’ll gain exposure to strategy, operations, commercial, product, media, and people management while building the skills to eventually own a business function or major project.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in planning, decision-making, and executing key initiatives.
- Conduct business, market, and competitor research.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and decision memos.
- Manage and track company OKRs, KPIs, and project timelines.
- Coordinate work across commercial, product, media, and operations teams.
- Follow up with project owners and escalate delays or unresolved issues.
- Identify operational problems and recommend practical improvements.
- Manage selected special projects from planning through completion.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or up to three years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing several priorities.
- Able to work independently with limited instructions.
- Comfortable following up with senior team members and holding owners accountable.
- Interested in gaming, technology, media, and company building.
- Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience in consulting, startups, operations, finance, product, or project management.
- Experience organizing projects involving several teams.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Active knowledge of gaming and esports culture.
