Job Description:-
• Manage executives’calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
• Handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
• Coordinate communication between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain records, files, and executive documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and management summaries.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on management requests.
• Coordinate business trips, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
• Support senior management in daily administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a CEO or Board Member (mandatory).
* Previous experience within Real Estate or Construction companies.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and daily executive support.
