Our client is a well-established organization based in St. Petersburg, FL, with a strong commitment to operational excellence. The company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Charitable Endowment Specialist to join its Charitable Endowment team.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$23/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a Charitable Endowment Specialist to provide administrative support to our client’s Charitable Endowment Fund department. This hybrid role (up to three days onsite per week) requires a detail-oriented and customer service-focused professional with strong data entry skills and experience in administrative or financial services roles.
Responsibilities Of The Charitable Endowment Specialist
Assist in preparing and reviewing reports.
Handle email correspondence with strong written communication and customer service skills.
Maintain high attention to detail while meeting assigned goals.
Assist with various projects as assigned by the manager.
Handle phone inquiries as part of the role.
Process a variety of transactions, including new account processing, contributions, and account maintenance.
Required Experience/Skills for the Charitable Endowment Specialist:
Minimum of 5 years of administrative or customer service experience in a professional work environment.
Strong data entry skills (Candidates must complete a data entry test – ideal score: 5,500 keystrokes per hour with 85% accuracy or higher).
Experience handling phone inquiries or working in a call center environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Team player willing to assist beyond assigned responsibilities.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Charitable Endowment Specialist:
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a big plus.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
