Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and mature professional to work closely with the CEO as a Chief Executive Assistant.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and requires someone who can act as a trusted coordination partner to the CEO, managing schedules, ensuring execution of key initiatives, and supporting strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational maturity, discretion, and the ability to operate in an advisory and coordination capacity.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Calendar & Priority Management
• Manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar, ensuring effective allocation of time.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership discussions, and strategic reviews.
• Prioritise requests and commitments based on organisational priorities.
Executive Coordination
• Track key decisions, commitments, and action points from meetings.
• Follow up with teams to ensure timely execution.
• Act as the central coordination point between the CEO and internal teams.
Strategic & Project Support
• Assist the CEO in tracking important organisational projects and initiatives.
• Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and reports for leadership discussions.
• Monitor progress of key projects and flag potential risks or delays.
Communication Management
• Draft and review executive correspondence, internal communication, and meeting notes.
• Maintain confidentiality in all CEO-related matters.
Planning & Organisation
• Assist in planning leadership meetings, reviews, and important organisational initiatives.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and external engagements where required.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 8-10 years of professional experience
• 5+ years supporting CXO / CEO / Director level
• Exceptional calendar management and organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and sensitive matters
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a confidential and high-trust role
• High level of professional maturity, discretion, and judgement
