About the Role
This is not your typical Chief of Staff role. You’ll work side-by-side with the founder and CEO of a premium Wagyu beef brand that’s redefining American ranching and luxury food. From the boardroom to the pasture, you’ll help shape the future of a fast-growing, founder-led company — and get your hands dirty doing it.
You’ll support the CEO across daily operations, strategic projects, vendor and customer relationships, and public-facing initiatives — including helping manage the brand’s image and voice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys problem solving, and wants to learn the business from the inside out.

We’re a vertically integrated Wagyu beef company based in Texas, with operations spanning ranching, premium direct-to-consumer sales, and manufacturing. Every detail — from cattle bloodlines and pasture management to fulfillment and storytelling — matters here.

What You’ll Do
Work directly with the CEO to manage operations, priorities, and projects.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, vendors, and key partners.
Support cross-functional work across ranch, office, logistics, and customer experience.
Help manage the company’s brand presence — including social media, content, and storytelling.
Assist with CEO communications, scheduling, travel, and follow-through.
Be present on the ranch and in the office — comfortable wherever the work needs to happen.
Who You Are
1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations.
Background in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), agriculture, or food is a plus — not required.
Self-starter with grit, adaptability, and a bias for action.
Strong communicator — professional, personable, and sharp under pressure.
Comfortable being a visible extension of the CEO and brand.
Excited to take ownership, work across departments, and dive into new challenges.
Willing to travel (in San Antonio & Austin areas) and work on-site regularly (both office and ranch).
