Specific Job Functions
Welcome guests to the property and provides AAA four diamond service.
Assist guests with basic property questions and provide guests with the information requested.
Assist guests with safety deposit boxes.
Assist guests with shipping and receiving packages, faxes, and mail.
Assist guests with basic business needs such as supplies or access to the business service suite.
Answer phone calls from guests and provide assistance when necessary.
Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Qualifications
Providing excellent customer service skills is required.
Knowledge of basic office equipment including fax, copier, printers, keyboards and answering phones preferred.
Previous business services or mail service experience preferred.
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
Must have open availability.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
