Overview
- Attend to the customer orders placed by telephone, mail or personal calls.
- Administer Sales Orders.
- Deal with customer queries.
- Must have good knowledge of the organization’s products.
Responsibilities
- Capture sales orders on the System (SAP)
- Check controls
- Billing of invoices
- Create interplant POs
- Complete daily reports – No order reports
- Attend to customer complaints
Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF 3
- Diploma/ Degree Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
- Experience: 1 – 2 years in Sales/ Marketing
- SAP experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic Numeric Skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Task Orientated
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Safety Consciousness
- Team player
