Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities
- Review KYC documents for onboarding of new clients (individual and corporate) and periodic review in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure due diligence for new account opening and existing client accounts comply with internal policies
- Liaise with internal colleagues on required information/documentation for onboarding and review
- Perform name screening for entities, individuals and financial institutions
- Liaise with relevant team for the setting up, maintain and update of account in the system
- Communicate and assist existing client regarding account maintenance matters
- Undertake projects on an ad-hoc basis
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superior/head of department
Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to work 5 days a week 9-6pm.
- An experienced professional with at least 1-2 working years in AML/ KYC Works.
Required Skills
- Driven, flexible, highly motivated to get things done, able to multi-task under a tight schedule.
- Preferably from the stock exchanges, regulators, fund management, equities, and retail brokers
- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Fluency in mandarin will be an added plus (both written and spoken) to communicate with our counterparts in China and Hong Kong
