Managing end-to-end relationships with property owners, serving as their strategic point of contact, and driving long-term partnership retention through operational excellence and seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and maintaining transparent communication.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Revenue, Guest Support, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth service delivery aligned with contractual agreements.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Swiftly address owner requests, resolve operational complaints, and execute service recovery to uphold high satisfaction levels.
- Upselling & Growth Support: Identify value-added service opportunities, property improvements, and upselling initiatives to boost property performance and owner ROI.
- Reporting & Administration: Track account performance, maintain detailed records of requests/approvals, and document operational insights for continuous service improvement.
