Duties
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information in spreadsheets and office management software
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering exceptional customer support and support for ongoing projects
- Assist with office management tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized workspaces
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as typing reports, managing client communication logs, and supporting front desk operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable

Pay: $24.75 – $29.85 per hour
