Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a Client Services Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
Support client activities such as contribution and redemption requests
Assist with client reporting and address any client feedback
Maintain client portal database and onboard new client contacts
Answer shareholder inquiries received via phone, email, and mail
Work with internal teams to research and resolve shareholder inquiries
Periodically review forms and applications for accuracy and completeness
Assist with annual shareholder conference registration
Work with vendors/transfer agents to improve the shareholder experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous client service experience
FINRA Series 7 or 6 & 63/66 required
Asset management industry background
Able to prioritize and organize workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to discreetly handle confidential data
Skilled in MS Office, advanced Excel skills
