We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years’ administration or client services experience in an accounting or professional services environment who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality administrative support and client service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a full-time role, with some flexibility in working hours.
About the Role
As part of our Client Support Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients, Directors, and broader team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing new client onboarding
- Preparing client documents, correspondence, and engagement materials
- Establishing and maintaining accurate client files and database records
- Liaising with clients on behalf of Directors and accountants
- Managing ASIC and ATO lodgements and requirements
- Providing general administrative support across the office
- Managing and prioritising emails, tasks, and correspondence for Directors and their teams
- Providing reception relief as required
- Supporting boardroom and meeting room setup, including AV requirements
You will work across systems including FYI Docs, Xero Practice Manager, and the Microsoft 365 suite, supporting an efficient and technology-driven workflow.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in a client services or administrative role within professional services (accounting experience highly regarded)
- A proactive and motivated approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support
- Excellent communication skills, with a warm, professional, and discreet manner
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and ideally with experience in FYI Docs and XPM or similar platforms
- Confidence to follow up with clients and Directors to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
