JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Clinic Administrator or Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mental health clinic, led by a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involved in aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient intake, billing and collections, and inventory management.
- Ensure smooth patient flow in the clinic.
- Maintain patient records effectively.
- Attend enquiries coming in via email, text, or phone call promptly and professionally.
- Implement clinic policies and procedures, and ensure compliance to local regulations.
- Implement clinic budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain clinic inventory, including ordering supplies, managing utilities, and procurement for products and services.
- Maintain upkeep of the clinic, including cleanliness, hygiene, and safety aspects.
- Maintain clear communication channels between staff, clinicians, and patients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in mental health care administration.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting matters as needed.
- Participate in meetings, training, community and promotional events and/or activities as required.
- Provide support and assistance to the Clinic Director as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification(s) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Customer Service, Psychology, or related
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Google documents, sheets) or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other medical team members
- A passion for holistic mental health care
- Possess own transportation / have a valid driving license

START DATE
Immediate / September 2026
Salary Range : RM1.8K – 2.5K
