Our client has a new and

exciting

opportunity within their Capital Recovery department for a Collections Administrator.

The role will include the following daily duties:

· Handling inbound & outbound customer calls

· Processing payments

· Agreeing affordable payment arrangements with customers

· Responding to correspondence, letters and emails

· Various admin tasks such as updating system

· Always ensuring the

fair treatment

of customers

· Ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation

· Ensure personal compliance with the applicable Conduct rules

· Fully comply with all company processes and procedures

· In carrying out the main accountabilities of the role ensure that all regulatory and statutory standards are met

· Liaise with and support the Team Managers and Senior Managers.

· Ensure Complaints are managed in accordance with the process and requirements, where applicable

The Candidate

· Prior experience within a clerical role with accurate data input skills required

· Excellent

attention to detail

· Confident and professional

communication skills

, particularly when dealing with telephone enquiries, sympathetic approach to vulnerable persons

· Strong IT proficiency; confident using Microsoft Office

Please note this is a permanent, office-based role, the working hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday-Friday (with a 1hour unpaid lunch break), due to the location own transport is essential.
