We’re hiring:
Collections Lead – Rently UAE (Hybrid Role)
Are you highly organized, persistent, and proactive in chasing overdue payments? Do you want to lead a key operational function at a fast-growing proptech startup revolutionizing the rental market?
At Rently UAE, we aim to transform the rental experience with flexible, monthly payments, moving away from traditional upfront cheques. We seek a Collections Lead to own our collections process, ensuring timely follow-ups and preparing for legal escalation when needed.
Responsibilities:
Monitor overdue accounts flagged by the sales team.
Follow up with late payers via email, SMS, or phone calls.
Draft and send formal Letters of Demand when necessary.
Escalate to final pre-litigation notices as required.
Organize legal documentation and ensure case files are complete for court submission.
Qualifications:
Reliable and diligent with strong follow-through skills.
Effective communicator, able to be firm, professional, and
respectful
.
Highly organized with meticulous record-keeping.
Proactive in managing deadlines and escalation points.
Legal admin experience is a plus, especially familiarity with court preparation or debt recovery documentation.
