About the Company

Responsibilities:

Manage files from initial demand to judgment and enforcement.

Draft pleadings, notices of default, statements of claim, default judgments, writs of seizure and sale, and other court documentation.

Coordinate and communicate with lenders, clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.

Prepare and manage documentation for power of sale proceedings and foreclosure actions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records and timelines.

Monitor deadlines and limitation periods using legal software tools.

Qualifications:

Law Clerk diploma or equivalent education.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Law Clerk in Litigation.

Strong working knowledge of court rules, processes, and enforcement procedures in Ontario.

Proficiency with legal document management systems (e.g., Teraview, PC Law, Conveyancer, or similar).

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
