Base pay range
$23.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Secure payments from patients and manage collections.
Address customer inquiries and make necessary adjustments.
Analyze and interpret report data.
Generate and distribute weekly and monthly company status reports.
Prepare and send customer invoices.
Review, collect, and appeal unpaid or underpaid claims.
Process and respond to Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), denials, and rejected claims for assigned insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of billing and collections experience required.
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (100% in-office)
