We are hiring: Commercial Assistant (9 month FTC, Maternity Cover)
Looking to step into a role where your organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to keep a fast paced team on track really shine? We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Sales Team on a 9 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on ownership and loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will be doing
• Owning customer submissions, new line forms and promotional proposals
• Keeping promotional calendars and trackers accurate and up to date
• Managing customer portals and supporting pricing, queries and day to day coordination
• Supporting field sales operations with reporting, briefings and general admin
• Producing analytics reports that help managers make smart decisions
• Getting involved in events, trade shows and wider team coordination
What you will bring
• Strong administrative experience in a busy office environment
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and co ordinate multiple tasks
• High attention to detail while working to deadlines
• Clear, effective communication with colleagues, customers and clients
• A proactive, solutions focused mindset
• Experience in a customer or client facing environment
