My client, a heavyweight disputes law firm in London, is actively recruiting an experienced Paralegal who is fluent in Russian to join them on an initial 12m FTC – working as their new Paralegal.
The successful Paralegal will be working across their Business Crime and Commercial Litigation departments.
You’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
Providing legal and administrative experience to Fee-Earners and Partners
Translating and interpreting legal documentation from English to Russian and vice versa
Conducting extensive legal research
Taking detailed notes of meetings and conference calls with clients, Counsel and other third-parties
+ much more.
To be considered for this Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
Be fluent in Russian (bi-lingual or degree level Russian)
Have a completed LLB/GDL and ideally the LPC (or be studying for the SQE)
Have at least SIX months experience within Commercial Litigation or Business Crime, in the form of a Paralegal
Be experienced in using legal databases (Lexis Nexis, Westlaw and Practical Law)
Be able to commute to a 12m FTC
Be able to commute to the London office at least THREE days a week
