Forward Bank seeks a full-time Credit Support Specialist in our Marshfield location. The Credit Support Specialist provides essential administrative and operational support to the Credit and Collections teams.
Key Responsibilities
Bankruptcy & Legal Notices :
Process and track bankruptcy notices, reaffirmation agreements, and right-to-cure notices in compliance with regulations.
Delinquency Management :
Monitor and manage delinquent taxes and charged-off accounts, maintaining accurate records.
Document Preparation :
Prepare intent letters, financial mailers, and credit-related communications.
Monthly Reporting :
Compile, review, and distribute monthly financial and credit reports.
Board & Loan Committee Support :
Assist with post-loan committee documentation and board meeting preparations.
Financial Tracking :
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, plus relevant banking or office experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
