Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial and Telecom Invoices Processing Specialist to join our Karnataka Circle commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for detail-oriented and organized and should have knowledge in government firms Infrastructure Invoices Processing methodology to manage and process client invoices for sub-vendors, maintain vendor relationships, and support the commercial operations of our infrastructure projects for accurately processing invoices, verifying billing information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Responsibilities:
Verify billing information against purchase orders and contracts/W.O/P.O.
Review and process invoices from sub-vendors for infrastructure projects for accuracy and completeness and Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Prepare and process payment requests and Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with contract terms.
Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and maintain accurate and
up-to-date
billing records.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and invoicing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Invoice Processor or similar role in commercial or accounting background.
Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and administrative skills.
Strong
attention to detail
and excellent numerical skills.
Ability to maintain strict

.
Effective communication
skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external teams and clients.
Knowledge of financial and tax requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the telecom infra industry.
Commercial knowledge in processing of client and vendor invoices
