Lakefield College School is seeking a dedicated individual to support various fundraising and community engagement initiatives. You will closely work with the Associate Director and the Foundation to organize events that enhance our mission and ensure strong engagement with alumni and parents. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, along with experience in event coordination or marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and execute engaging parent and alumni events
• Assist in preparing stewardship and impact reports
• Create high-quality donor correspondence and presentations
• Coordinate key governance meetings and follow-ups
• Provide administrative support for the Foundation office
Requirements:
• Experience in coordinating or marketing events is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• University or college degree in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
