Your Role Will Include:
The Community Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. You’re the person tenants and owners can count on. Day to day, that looks like:
- Handling move-ins, move-outs, renewals & tenancy matters
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors & condo management
- Conducting unit inspections & preparing reports
- Preparing owner reports, rental updates & payment summaries
- Following up on tickets, outstanding payments & tenant concerns
- Keeping our property management system clean and up to date
You’ll thrive here if you:
✔ Communicate well in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus)
✔ Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
✔ Are comfortable heading out for viewings & on-site coordination
✔ Have your own transport
✔ Have a background in property, hospitality, customer service, or ops — or are a fresh grad ready to learn fast
