Job Responsibilitie
- Develop and manage the community database (website) and drive the growth of WhatsApp Channels/Groups
- Plan and execute communication activities, including webinars, educational sessions, WhatsApp engagement, and product activation programs
- Manage advocacy initiatives such as VT Challenges and User-Generated Content (UGC) Campaigns
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of community activations
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on community performance and engagement metrics
