Role Description The Community Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar. This role is responsible for building, nurturing, and moderating the PintarSaham.id community across online and offline channels.
Daily activities include engaging with community members, answering questions, facilitating discussions about stock investment, and gathering feedback to improve educational content and user experience.
The Community Specialist will organize and support community events such as webinars, workshops, or meetups, and collaborate closely with the content and product teams to align community activities with educational goals. The role also involves monitoring community sentiment, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring community guidelines are respected.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Community Engagement abilities to build trust, encourage participation, and foster a positive learning environment.
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) to explain investment concepts clearly and interact with diverse community members.
- Customer Service experience and a community-first mindset to handle questions, concerns, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of stock investment or a strong interest in learning about financial markets.
- Ability to work on-site in Denpasar, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced education-focused environment.
- Experience with social media platforms, online community tools, and event coordination is an advantage.
