Providing support to the Company, subsidiaries and associate companies in implementing Board decisions; Analysis and interpretation of the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and its applicability to the Company, subsidiaries and associates from time to time Application of secretarial standards and adopting best practices for ensuring corporate governance
