* Manage end-to-end HR operational processes and employee lifecycle administration.
* Oversee the end-to-end administration and registration of expatriate employees, including BPJS, NPWP/tax administration, and company insurance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
* Manage employee data, HR documentation, and HRIS records.
* Oversee attendance, leave, and employee benefits administration.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
* Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, and employee movements.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding HR operational matters.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and HR system enhancement.
