Compensation Consultant Senior | Hybrid Jobs in Minneapolis, MN at Allianz
What you do
You will participate in the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs with a strong focus on governance, risk management and data analytics. In collaboration with People& Culture Business Partners, this position will apply compensation best practices and subject matter expertise to ensure that compensation programs support business objectives, are competitive with market practices, are applied consistently and efficiently across the organization and adhere to risk and compliance standards. You will report into the Senior Director of Compensation.
Administer governance and risk related compensation programs and processes through close partnership with the broader Compensation team, People& Culture Business Partners, and business
Own data quality, modeling, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, risk, opportunities, and to help administer our compensation plans, programs, and processes
Manage the salary survey process and applicable tools to ensure use of survey data across the organization
Provide subject matter expertise and handle daily requests from the business regarding equity analysis, job evaluations, position comparisons and other compensation related inquiries
Participate in broader People& Culture related projects, as assigned
Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
What you bring
4+ years of experience required
Rewards and performance related topics; Functional compensation knowledge
Data analytics and reporting skills
Advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, data integrity
Project management and organizational skills
Comfortable working with and communicating to all levels within the organization
Four-year degree in Finance, Human Resources, business or other related field or equivalent work experience
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
Base Salary Range $67,000-$112,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
