Hyde is looking to recruit a Complaints Administrator.

As a Complaints Administrator at Hyde, you will be working within the Customer Experience team to assist in the effective coordination, management, and monitoring of complaints, Housing Ombudsman cases, and Elected Representative enquiries. This role can be based at either our Park Street or Chichester office.

Responsibilities

* Administer and process new complaints received through various channels, ensuring timely acknowledgment and assignment for investigation.

* Respond to customer queries regarding complaints, offering reassurance and guidance on the complaints process.

* Support early resolution efforts to prevent unnecessary escalation.

* Accurately record and maintain complaint data in internal systems and generate reports as needed.

* Liaise with internal teams and contractors to track investigation progress and ensure timely responses.

* Assist with Housing Ombudsman cases, including managing case allocations, collating evidence, and issuing responses within deadlines.

Skills and Experience Required

* Previous administrative experience is essential.

* Experience in complaint handling is desirable but not essential (experience from other industries will be considered).

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Excellent

communication skills

, both written and verbal.

* Ability to provide

customer-focused

support, particularly in sensitive or

challenging

situations.
