Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Officer/Administrator role based in Colombo, supporting UK healthcare sector clients. The role involves monitoring and maintaining compliance with relevant UK healthcare regulations, internal policies, and client-specific requirements. The Compliance Officer/Administrator will review documentation, maintain accurate records, and support due diligence, audits, and internal reviews. Responsibilities include preparing compliance reports, tracking regulatory updates, and assisting with the implementation of updated procedures. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and UK client stakeholders, responding to compliance queries, and supporting training and awareness initiatives to ensure consistent adherence to standards.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, ideally with exposure to UK or healthcare-related regulations.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing documentation, identifying risks, and proposing practical, compliant solutions.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear written reporting and professional interaction with internal teams and UK clients.
  • Understanding of Finance concepts to support compliance in accounting, billing, and related operational processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and comfort working with databases and documentation systems.
  • Prior experience in compliance, risk, audit, or operations in a BPO, healthcare, or UK-facing environment is an advantage.
