What we are looking for:
This position requires administration of construction projects. Organization and Accounting skills are required. A self-starter, a sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple requests is a must.

Job duties will include:

· Subcontracts

· Billings and AIA documents

· Managing Insurance Requirements

· Job costing and closing out projects

· Lien waiver management

Job Requirements

· Attention to detail and a positive/patient attitude is a must

· Provide constructive support to construction projects

· Strong organizational skills

· Must be analytical

· Must have great communication skills

· Must have great problem-solving skills

· Must be able to use technology effectively and efficiently

· Experience in lien waivers required

· Must work well with others

5 years’ experience in the construction industry is preferred.
