Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for construction litigation? LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for talented individuals to join a top-tier law firm’s Construction Law Group in Tampa. This fully onsite role offers a competitive salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare for trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Assist the construction litigation team with drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions.
Manage and update large document databases, and coordinate the receipt, cataloguing, and production of documents.
Utilize document management programs, with a strong preference for experience with Xera.
Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and AAA procedures is desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience is required.
Experience in construction litigation and prior trial experience
