Construction Project Administrative Assistant
McNamee Construction Corp. was established in 1985. Our company has 3 locations in New York, Connecticut, and Maine. We specialize in heavy-highway civil construction and perform major bridge construction work in all three states.

Job Description:
_ Full Time or Part Time “fixed Schedule” _Construction Project Administrative Assistant assists the Estimator in obtaining, filing, soliciting subcontractors and material pricing & preparing bid proposals for various municipalities and state agencies.
Assist the Project Management Team with the efficient and effective handling of multiple construction projects by maintaining neat, detailed, and orderly project files and providing administrative support in all areas of project/office management by being flexible and adaptive to change based on the needs of the business.
· Maintain complete project files by scanning and accurately filing documents.
· Prepare and issue Purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
· Prepare, request, and submit Material Certifications from subcontractors and vendors.
· Manage all required administrative reporting as required by Project specifications.
· Provide support to field personnel – print contract documents and other administrative tasks.
· Assist the Estimator with preparation of bid documents & solicitation of vendors or subcontractors.
· Request and track Insurances provided by Subcontractors or vendors and ensure coverage is current.
· Assist the Project Team with administrative requirements for project closeouts.

Qualifications
