We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Safety Administrator to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on construction sites to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage workers’ compensation claims efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal requirements.
- Coordinate with construction management teams to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and other relevant codes.
- Oversee occupational health initiatives, including injury prevention programs and wellness activities tailored for construction workers.
- Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics, incident reports, training records, and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate safety training sessions for site personnel, emphasizing OSHA standards, risk management strategies, and emergency response procedures.

- Hands-on experience with construction management software tools for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and convey safety protocols clearly.
- Ability to perform site inspections, hazard assessments, and emergency response planning confidently.
