Job Description

  1. Conceptualize, create, and edit captivating short-form videos for TikTok that align with our brand’s voice, values, and marketing objectives.
  2. Produce a steady stream of entertaining, informative, and shareable content that resonates with a diverse audience.
  3. You can stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content on TikTok to incorporate them into our content strategy.
  4. Collaborate with our audience by encouraging user-generated content submissions and participation in challenges.
  5. Monitor the performance of TikTok content using available analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.
  6. Adjust content approach based on engagement metrics, audience feedback, and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in Content Creator.
  3. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  4. Good copywriting and storytelling skills.
  5. Familiar with social media analytics and management tools.
  6. Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware.
  7. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Basic content editing skills (Canva, CapCut) are a plus.
