Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Tasikmalaya. The Content Creator will develop and produce engaging digital content across platforms such as social media, websites, and promotional materials that align with Kalisha Official’s brand identity and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content concepts, capturing and editing photos and videos, writing captions and short-form copy, and preparing content calendars to support brand and marketing objectives. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design colleagues, monitoring content performance, and adjusting creative approaches based on audience engagement and feedback. The Content Creator is expected to maintain consistent quality standards, stay up to date with trends, and support content needs for events, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills, including basic photography, videography, and visual storytelling for digital platforms.
- Ability to plan and organize content, including drafting content calendars and coordinating with marketing or brand teams.
- Solid writing skills for captions, short-form copy, and social media posts, with attention to clarity and tone.
- Basic editing skills using common photo and video editing tools or applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of audience engagement and current content trends.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in content creation, digital media, or a related creative field is preferred but not required.
