Responsibilities

  • Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos
  • Enforce community guidelines and policies regarding acceptable content, identifying and removing content that violates these standards (e.g., harmful, offensive, or illegal content)
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content, ensuring quick and efficient responses
  • Report any issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolving complex cases
  • Keep accurate records of moderation actions and maintain documentation on handled cases

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Good proficiency in English is a must
  • Capable of withstanding sensitive contents
  • Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule
  • Willing to work from office in Denpasar Barat.
