Job Description
- Plan and execute engaging short-form video content for TikTok and other social media platforms, with a strong focus on storytelling, audience engagement, and conversion-driven content.
- Develop creative content ideas, scripting, and video concepts that align with current TikTok trends and beauty industry marketing strategies.
- Coordinate closely with videographers, editors, talents, and internal teams to ensure smooth content production and execution.
- Analyze TikTok content trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior to optimize video performance and drive sales conversion.
- Maintain content quality and consistency by ensuring strong visual direction, pacing, messaging, and brand alignment across all social media content.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in social media content creation, espeecially short-form video content for TikTok.
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and creative content planning skills with the ability to create engaging and conversion-focused content.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, viral content trends, and social media consumer behavior.
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and understanding of beauty and lifestyle content trends.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with videographers, talents, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong adaptability and execution skills.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is a strong bonus.
