Role Description The Content Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in National Capital District, Papua New Guinea. This position is responsible for planning, writing, and optimizing digital content for the Hausples.com.pg website, app, marketing campaigns, and partner communications. Day-to-day tasks include researching real estate trends and customer needs, producing clear and engaging articles, guides, and property descriptions, and ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines. The Content Writer will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and partner teams to support lead generation, user engagement, and educational initiatives. The role also involves proofreading and updating existing content, monitoring performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on data and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Writing and digital Content Writing, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused digital content.
- Solid Research skills to gather information on real estate markets, and industry trends and research.
- Attention to detail in Proofreading to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency across all content writing.
- Excellent command of written English; Tok Pisin or other local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience creating content for websites, blogs, social media, or online platforms, ideally in real estate.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
