Hays are currently seeking an experienced contract administrator to join with a well known commercial construction company.
This organization is located in Perth City.
Projects will include retail, fast food and service stations. Fast paced design and construct projects.
Mainly office based you will have the support of other contract administrators, project managers and project directors.

Qualifications
- Preferably a certification in construction management or similar
- Prior experience in commercial contract administration is essential; a minimum of 2 years working on similar design and construct projects is required
Salary is based on experience from $130K+
