Contract Administrator Jobs in King of Prussia, PA at Soni

Title: Contract Administrator

Company: Soni

Location: King of Prussia, PA

We’re seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support domestic and international healthcare account contracts while serving as a key liaison between hospitals, field sales teams, and internal departments. In this role, you’ll manage the full contract lifecycle — from initial request and redlining through signature, pricing alignment, and ongoing updates — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator:

  • Handle incoming contract and RFP requests, draft agreements using Globus templates, and review/redline hospital-provided contracts.
  • Coordinate with Legal for approvals and partner with the Pricing team to confirm final pricing before returning completed packages to customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals throughout the contracting process.
  • Prepare contracts for signature, summarize key terms, and distribute updates to field teams, executives, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain contract files and set up compliance alerts for expirations, renewals, and other critical milestones.
  • Manage contract modifications, including pricing updates and term extensions, in partnership with field sales.
  • Coordinate and submit RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and other responses for assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Review, redline, and revise business terms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policy.
  • Administer contract data within the contract management system to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  • Support executive leadership and the Pricing Committee on contract-related matters.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and applicable industry codes.

Qualifications of the Contract Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or a similar role; medical device experience is a plus.
  • Must have hands-on experience reading, interpreting, and editing contract language (not just filling templates).
  • Candidates with a JD are not a fit for this role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills required.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000 annually

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
