🚧 We're Hiring | Junior Contract Administrator 🚧
Bullseye Construction is continuing to grow, with multiple commercial projects currently underway across NSW, and we're looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to join our team in Sydney.
If you have 2–3 years' experience in commercial construction and are looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Senior Contract Administrators, you'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects including hospitality, retail, industrial, service stations, childcare, aged care and health.
Your role will include:
✔ Assisting with subcontractor procurement and tendering
✔ Preparing purchase orders and subcontract agreements
✔ Managing RFIs, shop drawings and project documentation
✔ Assisting with variations, progress claims and cost tracking
✔ Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
✔ Supporting the successful delivery of commercial construction projects
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has 2–3 years' experience working for a commercial builder
✅ Is organised, proactive and eager to learn
✅ Has strong communication and time management skills
✅ Takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
