As our new Senior Contract and Operations Specialist to join our Contract Management Department, your primary function is to manage all admin work related to contracts and time reporting for our clients and consultants based in India. The role requires strong independence, reliability, and an accommodating approach.
Your primary tasks will be:
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, including contract databases and filing internal systems
Managing contracts and purchase orders (creating documents, reviewing, collecting and archiving).
Validating data input for contracts and invoices done by Sales Team and Consultants
Perform data entry and maintain data accuracy in administrative systems
Validating emagine and Client timesheet on monthly basis
Preparing data for invoices according to client guidelines
Serve as the link between HQ and the Indian branch
High-level communication with consultants and clients
Acting as Super User in systems in support cases to consultants and coworkers in India
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Sales) to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Other Admin tasks
The fitting person for this role:
Has at least 4 years of experience on a similar position within IT industry
Proven experience with agreements and B2B contract
Takes ownership of assignments
Is assertive and works independently
Has a very structured and detail oriented mindset
Has
strong language skills in English
Can easily collaborate with stakeholders from different entities and departments
Is comfortable with short deadlines and a dynamic work environment
Can accommodate comfortably to changes on a daily basis
Is an outstanding communicator as well as a listener
Has a strong sense of data analysis, an eye to details
Is experienced working with Microsoft systems
Is preferred to have some knowledge of tax rules and the legalities of contracts either from previous work or studies
