Legal.io is working with a leading aerospace defense company who is seeking a Contracts Admin with Agiloft experience for a 6 month contract. This is a fully remote position.
Scope of Work
Title: Contract Administrator
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: (United States – East Coast preferred)
Hours: 40 Hours / Week
Technology: Agiloft
Duration: 6 Months (From June – December
Pay Rate: $55 – $75 / hour ($110,000 – $150,000)
Benefits: Vision, medical, dental, 401k (all 99% covered)
Responsibilities:
Work with team to migrate contracts and related metadata from Jagger to Agiloft.
Read and understand contracts and their attachments to accurately gather necessary metadata.
Enter gathered information into Agiloft with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transition and integration of data.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all contract information during the migration process.
Qualifications:
Experience with Agiloft is required; experience with Jagger is not necessary.
Basic understanding of contract language and structure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
