Full time, permanent, Monday – Friday (8 hours per day) £25,000 – £29,000 per annum

The Role
As a Small Contracts Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Working closely with the Compliance Director, you’ll manage a variety of tasks involving customer
communication
, material delivery, and labour coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Process over 1200 new jobs per year within their specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Raise manufacture orders for materials and organise their timely dispatch Coordinate labour and raise purchase orders where necessary Liaise with production and contractors to track progress and ensure completion of jobs Provide continuous updates to clients on the status of ongoing works Maintain accurate filing and
up-to-date
documentation Manage new enquiries, raising quotations, and issuing them where required Prepare and issue worksheets,
Risk Assessment
Method Statements (RAMS), and quotation letters
