Position: Conveyancing TRANSFER secretary (Durbanville)
Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Conveyancing, specifically transfer and bond registration.
Handle administrative duties from receiving instruction, opening files, obtaining FICA documentation, etc.
Draft and check transfer documents.
Facilitate the signing of transfer documents, registration, preparation of final accounts, and dispatching documents to clients.
Liaise with clients and all parties involved in the matter.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Administer and run your own portfolio efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
Matric is essential.
Legal Secretary / Conveyancing qualification would be advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years experience in Conveyancing.
Familiarity with different bank sites would be advantageous.
Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Proficiency with Conveyancing software packages is compulsory (e.g., Ghost convey, E4, Filesite, Windeed, CMS).
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently.
Strong initiative and proactivity in handling tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure for extended periods.
High level of responsibility and integrity, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Excellent people skills and a strong team player.
